Vuka stores operational records such as users, roles, tenant membership, orders, stock movement, payments, and daily activity so authorised teams can run their work.

Access is organisation-scoped. Users only see business data for organisations and roles assigned to their account. Administrators can review activity needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

We use the information submitted to Vuka to provide the application, protect accounts, maintain audit trails, and improve reliability. We do not sell tenant operational data.
